"Smooth & easy, I couldn't be happier"
"I was very pleased how smooth and easy it was to purchase my property with landwagner's financing. I met Doug at the property and agreed on a purchase price, signed the contract, gave him my down payment and the property was mine to do anything with that day. It all took place at the property and only took ten minutes. I was shocked! Very, very low closing cost compared to the $2000 the bank would have charged me. Doug even let me try out the property for a weekend with no obligation to buy, which was the deal maker right off the bat. I met the neighbors and familiarized myself with the area. It helped make the decision easier to buy the right property. So now I have a nice little getaway with 4 acres and awesome neighbors. I couldn't be happier."
