No Nonsense, No Price Haggling, Affordable Terms
A note of thanks. This is our second experience buying land from Doug Wagner and both times have been a pleasure. No nonsense, no price haggling and a fair price. Terms that most people can afford if they want a piece of land. We closed in an unbelievable six days. A Dream Come True

Exactly What I Wanted!
My buying experience was as easy as 1, 2, 3. Doug and his family gave me easy terms, and always responded to my emails and phone calls promptly and with the information I needed. And I love the location my lot is situated at. It is quiet. It is beautiful. It is peaceful. Exactly what I wanted! Can't ask for better than that.
